JAMB Registration Guide 2026

What to do:

1. Visit www.jamb.org.ng
2. Click "Register" or "New Registration"
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a strong password
5. Click "Create Account"
6. Verify your email

Fill in your personal details accurately:

• Full Name (as on birth certificate)
• Date of Birth
• Phone Number
• State of Origin & LGA
• Residential Address
• Religion

This step is crucial for eligibility:

1. Go to "Education" section
2. Select exam body (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
3. Enter registration number & year
4. Input five best subjects with grades
5. Ensure 5 credits including Maths & English

Photo requirements:

• Clear, recent color photo
• White/light background
• Size: 20KB - 100KB
• Format: JPEG or PNG
• Dimensions: 300x300px minimum

Choose your preferred test location:

• JAMB provides approved centers nationwide
• Select preferred state/city
• Choose center close to home
• Note center code and address

Select four subjects for your program:

Pay the ₦4,700 registration fee:

1. Complete all sections first
2. Click "Proceed to Payment"
3. Choose payment method:
   • Bank Transfer
   • Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
   • Mobile Payment
4. Follow payment prompts
5. Save receipt

Schedule your UTME after payment:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click "Book Exam"
3. Select preferred date
4. Select time slot
5. Confirm booking
6. Print admission letter

Your final document contains:

• JAMB registration number
• Exam center and date
• Selected subjects
• Required for post-UTME
